We reverse a final judgment for Plaintiff on a claim of intentional interference with an employment relationship. Jarvinen was fired by the general manager of a wholly-owned subsidiary corporation of the Defendant, Hospital Corporation of America. Defendant Dorsette is the hospital administrator and as such was the Plaintiff's supervisor until the subsidiary, HCA Allied Clinical Laboratories, Inc., assumed full management of the hospital laboratory where...
