OPINION

JACKSON, Judge:

Erma J. Schoney appeals the trial court's denial of her attempt to relitigate a previously adjudicated case.1 She also challenges the court's related award of attorney fees and costs to appellees, as sanctions under rule 11 of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
