The plaintiff-appellee Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc. (Firestone) filed this action seeking, inter alia, a declaratory judgment that a dispute involving an employee incentive program, the Employee Suggestion System, was nonarbitrable.1 The district court granted summary judgment for Firestone and the Union defendant appeals (No. 90-6319).
