OPINION
OSBORN, Chief Justice.
This appeal raises the question of how to deal with "the best interest of children" in a custody dispute and the rights of the parties under the Bill of Rights in the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights in the Texas Constitution. The Appellant claims she lost custody of her three sons in a jury trial because of her religious beliefs as a Jehovah's Witness.
