Pursuant to a plea agreement, appellant Stephen Williams pled guilty to fourteen counts of mail fraud, whereupon other charges were dismissed and Williams was sentenced to seven months' imprisonment. On appeal, Williams challenges, among other things, the district court's denial of his request for an evidentiary hearing and its determination that certain criminal acts alleged in the dismissed counts constituted "relevant conduct" under the counts...
