In a divorce suit, the trial court on its own motion, appointed an attorney to represent Appellant (himself an attorney), who had been adjudged neither incompetent nor indigent. In the final divorce decree, the court ordered Appellant to pay to the appointed Appellee attorney a fee of $15,000.
