Appellant, the biological mother (mother), appeals from the district court's dismissal of her petition to determine nonexistence of paternity of the presumed father (appellee).

We affirm.

The mother raises two issues:

I. Whether appellee presented any evidence to entitle him to dismissal or summary judgment as a matter of law. II. Whether the trial court's dismissal is contrary to the Wyoming Uniform Parentage Act...
