Respondent, William E. Gardner, was admitted to the bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia. In May 1989, respondent was found guilty in the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia, of possession of cocaine1 and was subsequently suspended by the Supreme Court of Virginia. On March 12, 1992, this court received a certified copy of the Virginia order and sua sponte suspended respondent from the Bar of the District...
