This appeal concerns title to 2,800 acres of coastal land sold by Natland Corporation, National Steel Corporation and NS Land Company (collectively "Natland") to Baker's Port, Inc. and Baker Marine Corporation (collectively "Baker"). Baker did not develop the property as planned, claiming that defects of title and encumbrances against the land prohibited the intended uses. Baker sued...
