CHANDLER, Justice:

In this medical malpractice and collection action, Appellant, Tuomey Regional Medical Center (Hospital), appeals a jury verdict upon the counterclaim of Defendant-Respondents, Joseph and Rhonda McIntosh.

We affirm.

FACTS
