MONTIEL, Judge.

The appellant, Willie Junior Potter, was charged with manslaughter, in violation of § 13A-6-3(a)(1), Code of Alabama 1975. A jury found the appellant guilty of the lesser included offense of criminally negligent homicide. The appellant was sentenced pursuant to the Habitual Felony Offender Act to 15 years' imprisonment. He was ordered to pay restitution, court costs, attorney's fees and a crime victim's assessment.
