Appellant, Walter Romero (borrower), appeals an order denying attorney's fees. The borrower's motion for attorney's fees was denied following an action against appellee, Progressive Southeastern Insurance Company (insurer), for its failure to pay policy proceeds for the loss of Romero's car.
