This case comes to us on appeal by the defendant from a Superior Court conviction of second-degree murder and assault with a dangerous weapon. The defendant claims that the trial justice committed error (1) by informing the jury that the defendant was in custody during jury deliberations, (2) by failing to suppress certain evidence seized from the automobile of the defendant's wife, and (3) by failing to suppress the identifications...
