We granted a Writ of Review to determine whether testimony introduced at trial without notice to the defendant, Glenn E. Welch, regarding prior threats made by him to the victim (his former girlfriend) and her fiancé, was properly allowed. For the reasons which follow, we find that the prior threats made by the defendant, Welch, were admissible....
