Defendant, Gregorianna Krogh, was convicted of solicitation for crime against nature, a violation of R.S. 14:89, subd. A(2). The trial court sentenced her to serve eighteen (18) months at hard labor. Pursuant to C.Cr.P. art. 881.1, defense counsel filed a motion to reconsider the sentence.
