Andrea Phillips ("debtor" or "defendant") leased a 1985 four-door Chrysler New Yorker from Rochester Hills Chrysler Plymouth ("plaintiff") on December 17, 1985. Defendant was required and did provide proof of insurance for the vehicle to plaintiff as an interested party, and apparently did do so for a while. The lease provided for payments of Three Hundred Ninety-nine and 25/100...
