On application by the defendant for reconsideration of denial of leave to appeal, the Supreme Court granted reconsideration, and, in lieu of granting leave, vacated the judgments of the Court of Appeals and the circuit court, and remanded the case to the circuit court for reconsideration of the motion for new trial.
