This case arises out of a motor vehicle accident. Suit was filed by the driver and the occupant of one vehicle against the driver of the other vehicle and her employer. When the driver defendant was dismissed pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 103(b), 134 Ill.2d R. 103(b), the employer defendant moved for summary judgment based upon res judicata. This appeal follows...
