PAPADAKOS, Justice.

Following a jury trial, Appellant was convicted of criminal mischief1 and attempted burglary (theft).2 He was sentenced to prison for a term of five to ten years. The Superior Court affirmed the conviction. 411 Pa.Super. 670, 593 A.2d 916.
