The trial court held that a resulting trust existed in that Carolyn St. Clair Berkemeier conveyed real property to her son and daughter-in-law, Richard Dean St. Clair and Shelba St. Clair Evans, in order that the property could be used as collateral for a loan and that, by oral agreement, the property was to be reconveyed to the mother after the loan had been repaid....
