We grant certiorari to review the trial court's denial of a declinatory exception of lack of personal jurisdiction filed by Connecticut Insurance Exchange (CIE). CIE was made a third-party defendant to the principal demand pursuant to Louisiana's long-arm statute. La.R.S. 13:3201 et seq.
