On July 1, 1993, this court issued an opinion affirming the judgment of the County Court at Law No. 2 of Brazos County, Texas. The State filed a motion for rehearing on July 12, 1993 and the court denied the motion on July 15, 1993. On August 5, 1993, the State filed a petition for discretionary review.
