Defendant Audel N. Alvarez was indicted for unlawful possession with intent to deliver more than 500 grams of cannabis. (Ill.Rev.Stat.1991, ch. 56½, par. 705(e).) Prior to trial the defendant filed a motion to suppress evidence and quash arrest and, also, a motion to compel additional discovery. The motions were denied.
