Ella Barr, individually and as the personal representative of the estate of Lewis Barr, appeals a summary judgment in favor of Randall Stamper, Gerald Day and Steven Stocker. The court dismissed Mrs. Barr's claims for negligence, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duties against her attorneys, Mr. Stamper and Mr. Day, ruling each was barred by the doctrine of collateral estoppel.
