After his motion to suppress evidence was denied, appellant Manuel Gorrostieta pleaded guilty to one count of transporting cocaine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11352, subd. (a)) and one count of possession, for sale, of heroin (Health & Saf. Code, § 11351).
