Following a jury trial, defendant was found guilty of cannabis trafficking (Ill. Rev.Stat.1991, ch. 56½, par. 705.1(a)), unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver (Ill.Rev.Stat.1991, ch. 56½, par. 705(e)), and unlawful possession of cannabis (Ill.Rev.Stat.1991, ch. 56½, par. 704(e)). The court sentenced defendant to terms of nine years for cannabis trafficking...
