Appellant was convicted of capital murder, namely murder during the commission of, or while attempting to commit, robbery. See TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 19.03(a)(2). Following the presentation of punishment evidence, the jury returned affirmative answers to the four special issues submitted to it.
