("Pepco"), and John Borkey, Jr. ("Borkey"), appeal from the judgment of the trial court that third-party defendant-appellee, Hartford Insurance Company ("Hartford"), was not obligated under its insurance policy to defend appellants in a suit brought by one of appellants' former employees wherein the employee alleged causes of action based on intentional torts.
