Two former employees of A Rentals, Inc., appeal a partial summary judgment dismissing their employment discrimination claims. The trial court dismissed the claims on the basis their employer was Myrlin Ackerman, not A Rentals, Inc., and Myrlin Ackerman did not have the requisite number of employees to come within the purview of RCW 49.60 (Washington's Law Against Discrimination) and 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964).
