Plaintiff Joanne Nelson commenced suit against Snowridge, Inc. d/b/a Sugarbush Resort ("Sugarbush") for injuries sustained in an accident she had while skiing at Sugarbush Resort on March 11, 1991. Plaintiff is a resident of New Jersey, and Sugarbush is a Vermont corporation doing business in Warren and Fayston, Vermont.
