SHEPHERD, J.
Plaintiff appeals as of right a March 28, 1991, order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition, dismissing plaintiff's breach of contract claim and his race and sex discrimination claims under the Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548(101) et seq. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for additional proceedings.
