The plaintiff, Mary Joan McCann, appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendant city of New Haven. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly determined that the notice given to the defendant, pursuant to General Statutes § 13a-149, was inadequate as a matter of law.1 We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
