The defendant, Joan Magrauth, appeals from a decree of divorce, claiming error in the provisions relating to the property distribution recommended by the Master (Bruce F. DalPra, Esq.) and approved by the Superior Court (Perkins, J.).

The defendant first contends that the order did not comply with the requirements of RSA 491:15 and RSA 458:16-a. Second, she contends that the court erred when it ordered the sale of the marital homestead...
