HRH appeals the trial court's partial denial of its application for a temporary injunction. HRH sued Wurzman to enforce the confidentiality and noncompetition terms of HRH's employment agreement with Wurzman. HRH contends the trial court abused its discretion in denying its request for a temporary injunction and in reaching certain findings of fact and conclusions of law.
