COOPER, Judge.
The appellant, a black man, was convicted of rape by an all white jury. He was sentenced to ten years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. On appeal, the appellant argues that the jury selection was fundamentally unfair and a violation of his rights under the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. We find no error and affirm.
