This case was remanded by the Louisiana Supreme Court for a full opinion. Tingstrom v. Smith, 612 So.2d 38 (La.1992). The original opinion of this court appears at 610 So.2d 1132. A remand for a full opinion does not limit the appellate review authority of this court on remand, and thus after a careful reconsideration of our original opinion, we conclude that we erred in affirming the trial court judgment...
