For more than thirty years, New England employees of United Parcel Service ("UPS") have participated in the New England Teamsters and Trucking Industry Pension Fund (the "Teamsters Pension Fund"). In 1986, a group of those employees decided they wanted to leave the Teamsters Pension Fund.
