This is an appeal from a forcible entry and detainer action brought by the Resolution Trust Corporation, Appellee, attempting to evict Bill Fowler, Appellant, from a leasehold premises. The trial court ruled in favor of Appellant finding the lease to have been partially ratified by the Resolution Trust after it had taken over the lease subsequent to a foreclosure sale.
