The defendant was convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2, XI, following a jury trial in Superior Court (Mohl, J.) upon an indictment alleging penile penetration of the defendant's daughter who was under the age of thirteen years. The time frame of the occurrence was, according to the indictment, between November 1, 1989, and August 1, 1990. The conviction is appealed on the claim of trial court error in admitting evidence...
