Defendant, Linda Bradley, was charged with two counts of aggravated arson. After a jury trial, defendant was found guilty of both counts of that crime. She was sentenced to concurrent terms of eight years. On appeal, defendant contends that the trial court erred in refusing to give the jury an instruction on the crime of criminal damage to property.
