This action arises under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634. Plaintiff William M. Bills is a former employee of the Sunshine Wireless Company, which owns the radio station that Bills worked for as a morning announcer.
