This appeal arises from a suit for damages filed on behalf of plaintiff, Lynn B. Gassen, against defendants, East Jefferson General Hospital, Robin Roe, R.N. and Dr. Thomas O. Adams, D.D.S. Gassen alleges she was incorrectly administered an intramuscular injection of Vibramycin instead of intravenously. She contends she has a mass in the area, suffers pain, swelling and a disability as a result. She alleges the negligence or malpractice...
