This appeal is from the circuit court's orders granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants and denying plaintiff's motion for summary judgment. We reverse and remand.

In January of 1984, Gary Smith purchased a homeowner's policy from United Farm Mutual Reinsurance (United Farm) through his insurance broker, Ron Clark Insurance, Inc. (Agency), and paid the premium through July 20, 1984....
