This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction for the felony offense of aggravated robbery, enhanced by a prior felony conviction. Trial was by jury. Upon conviction, the jury found the prior felony conviction to be true and assessed punishment in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for a term of life.
