This is an appeal from the dismissal with prejudice of plaintiffs' third amended complaint. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

Plaintiffs, Drs. Greenberg and Yahr, are cardiac surgeons. Dr. Jack J. Greenberg was chairman of the department of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery at the defendant hospital, Mount Sinai Medical Center (Mt. Sinai), in Miami, for twenty-three years, and Dr. William Z. Yahr has been associated with Dr. Greenberg...
