ABB Vecto-Gray, Inc. (ABB) appeals from a district court order affirming a judgment of the bankruptcy court which held that certain prepetition payments made to ABB were voidable preferences under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b). The Trustee recovered the payments pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 550(a).
