A jury found appellant guilty of capital murder. Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 19.03 (West 1989 & Supp.1993). Because the jury did not find that there was a probability that appellant would commit criminal acts of violence that would constitute a continuing threat to society, the court assessed punishment at imprisonment for life.
