HOLCOMB, Justice.

This appeal is taken from Appellant's jury conviction of theft of more than $750.00 and less than $20,000.00. Punishment was assessed at six years confinement, probated for six years, with a fine of $3,000.00, which was not probated, and restitution in the amount of $1,362.50. We will affirm.
