Appellant sued the Department of Transportation for personal injuries sustained in an accident when a light pole fell on the automobile in which she was traveling. The trial court entered a summary judgment in favor of the D.O.T. on the basis of sovereign immunity. We reverse. Commercial Carrier Corp. v. Indian River County, 371 So.2d 1010
