This is an appeal by the defendant Dino Lewis from a trial court order denying the defendant's motion to correct an illegal sentence under Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.800(a). We affirm the order under review, without prejudice to the defendant to file a motion to vacate judgment and sentence under Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.850 in the trial court, based on the following holdings.
